By downloading or using the BingoKart application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Service. BingoKart is operated by Vohosoft.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• One account per user; creating multiple accounts to abuse offers or promotions is prohibited.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible depending on the order stage.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
• You must provide a valid and accessible delivery address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address information.
• A delivery fee may apply based on your location and order value.

5. Refunds and Returns

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) are non-returnable unless damaged at delivery.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Submitting false or fraudulent orders.
• Harassing delivery partners or other users.
• Misusing coupons, referral codes, or promotional offers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the BingoKart app and website — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Vohosoft. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vohosoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BingoKart. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your last order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
